It’s time to change Waste

Join us in working today for a greener tomorrow.

What we Do

At Divergent Recycling, we're dedicated to tackling modern waste challenges with an ancient solution: pyrolysis. Our goal is to close the loop on waste and build a truly circular economy. We can transform unsightly plastic waste and massive scrap tire stockpiles into valuable byproducts, effectively reclaiming their original materials instead of sending them to landfills.

We’ve gotten our hands dirty and have dedicated ourselves to figuring out how to make this ancient technology usable for our modern-day problems. We’ve battled the bugs, the heat, and elements far outside of our control in order to take the necessary steps to take this operation to the next level.

Our small, diverse team has come together from all over the world, and we have set out to add pyrolysis to the current infrastructure to facilitate change without causing a total disruption to people’s livelihoods.

We understand the challenges ahead and we appreciate the people that are willing to see the problems and hear our solutions. Change is often not a word that brings comfort; however, our complacency now will only amplify the problems later.

Our Founder

Meet Brandon Wakefield, the founder of Precision Waste Solutions in Shreveport, Louisiana, and the mastermind behind Divergent Recycling. A second-generation waste management professional, he has personally stood at the edge of every type of trash pile imaginable. With his strong business background and deep commitment to environmental preservation, he's taken the first steps toward changing the paradigm of waste and diverging from standard recycling practices with pyrolysis. By utilizing existing infrastructure, the goal is to integrate pyrolysis to help promote a circular economy, resource efficiency, preserve existing landfills, support the projected surge of resource utilization for future generations, and more—all while cleaning up decades-old piles of trash.
